Terms & Conditions

By booking an event at All Star Party World or The 305 Club ("the Facility"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before submitting a booking request.

Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your final event invoice. Your date and time are not secured until the deposit is received. All remaining balances are due prior to or on the date of the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original event date. We reserve the right to apply a rescheduling fee.

Capacity & Guest Count

Guest counts must be confirmed with your event coordinator prior to your event. The Facility reserves the right to restrict entry if the number of guests exceeds the agreed-upon capacity or the venue's maximum occupancy as set by local fire code.

Arrival & Setup

Guests will not be permitted inside the venue until the scheduled party time or 5 minutes prior, once setup is complete. The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to this policy. Early access for setup is included only when specified in your package.

Liability Waivers

All guests who participate in activities at All Star Party World are required to sign a liability waiver. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of minors. Waivers may be completed online in advance at allstarpartyworld.com/waiver or in person upon arrival. Entry may be denied to any guest who refuses to sign.

Safety Rules

All guests must follow venue rules as communicated by staff upon arrival. Our team reserves the right to remove any guest who poses a safety risk or fails to comply with facility rules. Guests wearing casts, slings, or mobility-restricting devices may be restricted from certain activities. All guests using inflatables must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase at the venue if needed.

Food & Beverages

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at no additional charge. The Facility offers a full catering menu as an optional upgrade. Birthday cakes and desserts are welcome.

Alcohol & Event Liability Insurance

Adult beverages are permitted at events; however, the Client must provide event liability insurance that includes host liquor liability coverage, naming All Star Party World / The 305 Club as an additional named insured on the policy prior to the event.

Decorations

Clients may bring their own decorations. Nothing may be taped, nailed, or otherwise affixed to the walls, ceilings, or fixtures. Glitter, confetti, and similar materials are not permitted. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by decorations or décor installation. Balloon packages are available through the Facility as an add-on.

Outside Vendors

Outside vendors (photographers, DJs, entertainment acts, etc.) must be approved by the Facility in advance. All outside vendors are required to carry valid general liability insurance naming All Star Party World / The 305 Club as an additional insured. Vendor certificates must be submitted prior to the event date.

Damage & Liability

The Client is responsible for any damage to the Facility, equipment, or furnishings caused by the Client or their guests. All Star Party World and The 305 Club are not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property during an event. Participation in all activities is at the guest's own risk.

Photography & Media

By hosting an event at our Facility, you grant All Star Party World and The 305 Club permission to use photographs or videos taken during your event for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional materials), unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to your event.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your event shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
